Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept Cryptocurrency, Bank Transfer, Paypal and Credit Card. Please note that from time to time, some of the methods might not be available but we do our very best to provide the most convenient method.
How does Reseller credit system work?
The credit system of our IPTV service for resellers is pretty straightforward. 1 Credit = 1 Euros = 1 Months. For instance, a 12months account would cost 12 credits/euros.
Which devices and applications are supported?
Our Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) service is provided through streaming lines only. This means that Stalker Portal devices like MAG boxes, or applications like STBEMU and Smart STB are not supported.
Can IPTV Resellers decide on username and password of their clients?
Our system generates accounts automatically, hence the user/pass is randomized. On your request, we can reset passwords from time to time but you can not decide on username and password due to security reasons.
What is the minimum required amount for top ups?
Each top up requires a minimum which is the same as the price of the plan. For instance, if you have subscribed to Small plan (200 credits, 12months package) then the minimum top up amount would be 200 credits.
Do my credits expire?
Credits do not expire and you can keep them for as long as you may wish to. We also do not charge any fixed monthly fee for maintenance.
How many free trials can I create daily?
You can create unlimited free trials except for Small Plan which has a limit of 5 trials per day. However, if you become inactive for a long period, the free trial feature will be disabled on your panel.
What actions are considered Violation of Terms of Use?
The following cases are considered abuse of our service and will result in immediate suspension of your panel and loss of credits:
